People (especially people in the West) are quick to talk about human free will even though it is not in the Bible but rarely realize that the Bible teaches throughout that God has free will. The creation's will is not more free than the Creator. "There is not one random molecule outside of God's control."
Human will according to the Bible is in bondage to sin.
By reason humans are bound by various things out of their control: where, when, how they are born. Parents wealth and position. Health. IQ, etc.
Humans make choices and are responsible for the outcomes but they are not completely "free agents" because they are not God!
